中間段：

開始介紹自己的優勢，同樣，可以用一些結構來充實內容

可以說自己的家世背景，父親，姐姐（可以編），就是說明自己這方面條件的優渥，和自己與別人造成的信息差，夸自己，讓自己更有優勢

③I am a fluent English speaker, consequently, I appreciate any chance to speak English with native speakers.(這里是拿一個英語工作者舉例，大家可以根據題目要求替換，這句話長短句交錯，可讀性還不錯)

④When it comes to myself, I am regarded as an active, vigorous, easy-going and enthusiastic student and I am always ready to help others regardless of young or old.（這個是描述性格的，在志愿者里面可以直接拿進去，不過內容也可以根據題目替換）

結尾段：

一般情況下，題目都會告訴為什么對方需要你提供建議，可能是你需要了一些挫折呀，或者說是遇到心理上的困難，在第一段，先交代一下背景

這封信和邀請信有一點點類似，因為如果你要去咨詢一件事，那肯定你是通過某些途徑了解到了相關事宜，然后想得知更多的消息（或者直接說自己寫信的目的是咨詢相關事宜），所以首先還是先來句套話說自己很高興從哪兒哪兒得知到什么什么，然后再開始展開論述

①I am more than thrilled to see your advertisement for the position in .... , thus, I am writing this letter to you with the hope of / hoping to get more information of / with regard / regarding / concerning it.

②Sorry to disturb you, I am writing to consult you about further information of / with regard / regarding / concerning ......

中間段：

中間段就具體闡述一下自己的相關情況，和自己想要咨詢相關信息的原因

這一段由于咨詢的情況各種各樣，并且很多信件的模板句型都是相同的，按照這篇推文里面給的其他句型和模板套用就可以了，主要是有寫的就可，內容不限，重點是開頭和結尾

結尾段：

結尾表示感謝，希望對方能夠給出相關信息，并且希望他能聯系我，有些題目中可以給出自己的電話號碼什么的（根據題目要點）

發出倡議的原因和目的，介紹一下背景（題干中一般會交代背景），有點類似于現象分析類作文，寫出背景，然后適當地說一下自己的訴求
